DEGREASER
DEGREASER is an alkaline degreasing detergent formulated to remove cooking and carbonized residues from ovens, cooker hoods, grills, hobs, rotisseries, etc. Its concentrated formula makes it effective on even the toughest dirt, even when cold. The product is designed for use wherever food is cooked, processed, and packaged. Its special formulation has a penetrating action, softening smoke residues and stubborn grease very quickly and effectively. The product complies with current hygiene and health regulations (HACCP self-monitoring system).
MANUAL
Brilgrill is dilutable in water depending on the application and the amount of dirt to be removed. Ovens: Heat the oven to 90°C and turn it off. Spray the internal parts, close the door, and leave for 10 minutes. Clean with an abrasive cloth and rinse with water using a sponge or cloth. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before using it again. Grills: Spray the grates, leave for 10 minutes, clean with an abrasive cloth, and rinse. Preheat for 10 minutes before use. Deep fryer: Turn off the deep fryer, wipe off the oil and remove any residue. Spray the product and leave for 10 minutes. Clean, rinse with water, and then dry.
